Terms and Conditions

These terms govern use of this website and explain the difference between a quote request and a confirmed shipment.

Effective date: August 7, 2026

Our role

EA Transport operates as both a transport broker and motor carrier. The written service agreement for each shipment identifies the role that applies and the services being provided.

Website use

You may use this website for lawful purposes related to learning about or requesting vehicle transportation. You may not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized access, submit false information, or use automated methods to abuse forms or systems.

Quote requests and estimates

Submitting a form requests an estimate only. It does not create a booking, dispatch a carrier, guarantee a price, or guarantee pickup or delivery timing. Pricing and availability may change based on route conditions, vehicle details, season, fuel, demand, equipment, and other factors.

Confirmed services

A shipment is confirmed only after the customer accepts the applicable written service agreement, payment terms, and shipment details. If another signed agreement conflicts with these website terms, the signed agreement controls for that shipment.

Customer responsibilities

Customers must provide accurate locations, vehicle information, operating condition, dimensions or modifications, contact information, access restrictions, and required release documents. Additional cost or delay caused by incomplete or inaccurate information may be the customer’s responsibility.

Timing

Pickup and delivery dates are generally estimates unless an exact guarantee is explicitly stated in a signed writing. Traffic, weather, road closures, mechanical conditions, government inspections, and earlier stops can affect timing.

Vehicle condition and personal items

The customer or authorized adult should review and sign pickup and delivery condition reports. Personal items may be prohibited or subject to limits and may not be covered by cargo insurance. Do not place valuables, hazardous materials, illegal items, or irreplaceable documents in the vehicle.

Insurance and claims

Applicable carrier insurance information and claim procedures will be addressed in shipment documentation. Customers should review coverage, exclusions, deductibles, inspection records, and claim deadlines before transport.

Website content

We try to keep website information accurate, but general content may not reflect every route, vehicle, law, or carrier requirement. Nothing on the website is a guarantee unless confirmed in an applicable written agreement.

Liability and governing terms

To the extent permitted by law, the website is provided without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. Final limitations of liability, dispute terms, governing law, cancellation policy, and payment terms must be stated in the company’s reviewed service agreement.
